Every Sunday, all three years
Most Lutheran churches read the same passages each Sunday as thousands of other churches: the Revised Common Lectionary, a three-year cycle. Year A reads mostly from Matthew, Year B from Mark, Year C from Luke, and John is read in all three. This year is Year A.
Year A (this year) · Year B · Year C · Reformation Sunday
After Pentecost, Evangelical Lutheran Worship numbers the Sundays Lectionary 8 to 34. Other churches call the same Sundays Proper 3 to 29. Both are shown.
