Daily Office
Also called Divine Office, Liturgy of the Hours.
The pattern of prayer at fixed hours that the church has kept for over a thousand years: chiefly morning, evening, and night. Requires no priest, no altar, and no congregation, which is why it survives wherever Christians do.
In Worship — The liturgy, the daily office, and the furniture of a service.
